Appointment Booking
. At MissVainJane, peak hours are in the evenings and on weekends (especially Saturdays), so you are encouraged to book your appointment in advance. If you will be utilising any of our vouchers, membership or privilege cards, please inform us so that we can advise you of any terms that may affect its use. Please also remember to bring along the physical voucher/card for its privileges to be affected.

Services. MissVainJane caters to ladies for all services, and for men, selected services. Please check with us for more information.
We also provide complimentary coffee, tea and water for all guests.

Service Times. Service times indicated are approximate.

Therapists. All services include an initial consultation with MissVainJane’s technicians and therapists who are professionally trained and certified to ensure that you receive only the best treatment, quality and care. However, if you have a preference for any member of MissVainJane, feel free to let us know when you make your appointment and we will try our best to allocate the preferred technician/therapist to you.

Punctuality. Please try to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will ensure that we have sufficient time to prep you so that your entire experience is as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please understand that your booking may be cancelled or put at the next available slot (subject to availability) in order not to delay the appointment of the next guest.

Arrival. If it is your first time visiting MissVainJane, please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us ample time to explain the services to you and in addition, to complete a simple questionnaire and to provide us with your medical and contact information.

Cancellations. If you must cancel or re-schedule an appointment, please give us as much advance notice as possible. We appreciate a minimum 24-hour advance notice.

Personal Belongings. MissVainJane is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Please keep your valuables close to you at all times.

Medical Conditions. If you have any type of medical condition, health concerns, contra-indications or if you are an expectant mother – be sure to mention it when you book an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. We will also be glad to address any medical concerns you may have or click here to see our Allergies & Contra-indications list. We are not obliged to perform services on any individual who may be displaying contra-indications to the service.

Prices & Payment. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment modes available include credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Diners), debit card and cash. A receipt is always issued during payment.

Gratuities. Gratuities are not necessary, but please feel free to reward our staff for a job well done.

Feedback & Testimonials. It is our pleasure to be of service to you. We welcome your feedback and would love to know how we can serve you better.

Children. Young children are generally not encouraged at MissVainJane as we aim to provide a tranquil and relaxing environment, as much as possible, for our guests. To optimise your relaxation time, and for the comfort of other guests, we encourage you to leave young children at home.

Refund Policy. Retail items are strictly non-refundable. You may, however, exchange your purchase within seven days from receipt date (see Exchange Policy).

Exchange Policy. Should you change your mind about a purchase, simply return the product, unopened, and in its original packaging together with the purchase receipt within seven days to exchange it for another item of the same value. A refund (of the offset amount) will only be given if the newly exchanged item is of a lesser value. You will be required to top-up the amount of the new item if it is of a higher value.
